We need the rent roll for the past 12 months to determine these things:
- Are all the rents up to date and paid on time?
- Are security deposits being held?
- What’s included in the rent for each unit?
- Are all units currently occupied?
- And we need to review the net operating income statement
for at least the previous 12 months
With this information at hand, we can quickly make an offer on your
